Privacy policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
Pixignite Solutions (“we”, “us”) is a technology and creative design studio based in Hamilton, New Zealand. This policy explains what personal information we collect through pixignite.co.nz and when you work with us, how we use it, and your rights under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us:
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
- Email and phone: whatever you include when you contact us directly.
- Client work: contact and billing details, and the files and content you give us for a project.
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies, and it does not store anything in your browser.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
- To deliver, invoice and support the work you ask us to do.
- To keep records we are required to keep by law, such as tax records.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Other services this website uses
Some services see basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, when you visit:
- Web hosting: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and to keep the site running.
- Google Fonts: the site's fonts load from Google's servers. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- Formspree: enquiries sent through the form are delivered to us by email through Formspree, which stores them only to pass them on. See the Formspree Privacy Policy.
- Facebook: if you follow the link to our Facebook page, Facebook's own privacy policy applies there.
Some of these providers may store information outside New Zealand. We use reputable providers with privacy protections comparable to those in New Zealand.
How we keep it safe and how long we keep it
We store your information in password-protected accounts and share it only with the people and providers who need it to do the work. We keep enquiries that do not lead to a project for up to two years, and client records for as long as the law requires (usually seven years for financial records). After that we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. You can also ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it by law. Contact us using the details below and we will reply within 20 working days.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
